Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promotes the Design program and assists the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Schedule professional home consultations and present room designs with samples and installation benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and assist with store promotions and displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
