Job summary

La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate to drive store sales of furniture, accessories and services, while delivering the highest level of customer service and applying the La‑Z‑Boy selling process.

Training pay is $16/hour for 2–6 weeks; post‑training pay features base plus UNCAPPED commissions with an earning potential of $55,000–$75,000+ annually. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, basic life, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to close sales and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist designers to meet goals.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and selling processes.
