Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is hiring for a Sales Associate to drive sales of furniture and design services. You will deliver exceptional customer service, guide customers through the La-Z-Boy process, and help build long-term relationships while promoting the Design program.

Training starts at $15/hour for 2-6 weeks with no commissions; post-training base plus uncapped commission can lead to $40,000–$60,000+ annually. 40 hour work weeks and potential bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to meet goals.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Develop sales skills and follow-up with customers to maximize repeat business.
• Coordinate store operations including orders, deposits, and deliveries.
