Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate to drive store sales through exceptional customer service and knowledge of the La-Z-Boy selling process. You will promote the Design program and assist the Designer to reach sales goals.

Training pay starts at $15 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commissions). After training, base pay is $11/hour with uncapped commissions and a quarterly bonus. Average earnings typically range from $55,000 to $75,000+ including bonus and commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and contributes to store sales goals.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to reach goals.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Schedule professional home consultations and design appointments.
• Provide top-tier customer service and handle inquiries and issues.
