Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a sales‑oriented team member in Covington, LA to drive furniture sales and provide exceptional customer service. You will guide customers through the La‑Z‑Boy selling process, support the Design program, and build lasting client relationships.

Training pay starts at $15 per hour for 2–6 weeks, with base pay after training and UNCAPPED commissions on sales. Potential annual earnings range from $40,000 to $60,000+ including base, bonus, and commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to close sales and influence customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by selling furniture, accessories and services offered by La-Z-Boy.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve goals.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process and provide a positive customer experience.
• Schedule consultations and present customized room designs.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and features to support upsell and design services.
• Assist with store promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Handle customer deposits, orders, and deliveries with accuracy.
