Job summary

Training pays $16 per hour for 2–6 weeks with no commissions; after training, average earnings range from $35,000 to $55,000+ annually, including base, bonus, and commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong selling, closing and customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to learn La-Z-Boy products and selling process.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store sales by selling furniture and services.
• Promote Design program and assist Designer to meet goals.
• Execute selling process to provide a positive customer experience.
• Develop relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and current promotions.
