La-Z-Boy Incorporated is hiring a sales associate to drive store sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote the Design program. You will learn the La-Z-Boy selling process, work with a Designer, and help build long-term customer relationships.

The role includes initial training pay of $15 per hour for 2-6 weeks, followed by a base pay plus uncapped commissions. Average earnings after training range from $55,000 to $75,000+ annually, reflecting performance and location.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate, build rapport, and influence
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time and conflicting priorities
• Teamwork ability and flexible schedule
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to hit sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service and follow La-Z-Boy selling process
• Develop sales skills, close sales, and follow up with customers
• Lead deliveries scheduling and coordination with customers
• Maintain store visuals, floor displays and product knowledge
• Support training and development of peers
• Represent the brand and maintain a positive store environment
