Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate to drive store sales, assist the Design program, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll build relationships, promote design services, and maintain knowledge of product lines to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Training starts with an hourly base wage plus uncapped commissions, with potential to earn $40,000–$60,000+ annually after training, and a base rate of $13 per hour post-training.

Qualifications

• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, build rapport, and positively influence.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services offered by La‑Z‑Boy.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Train and develop peers on product knowledge and selling process.
• Maintain visuals and store cleanliness and operational accuracy.
