Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive store sales, and promote La-Z-Boy’s Design program while learning our selling process.

Training pay is $15-$20 per hour for 2-6 weeks, with base pay $11-$18/hour after training plus uncapped commissions. Average earnings after training range from $35,000 to $75,000+ depending on location and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to close sales and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to meet goals.
• Provide high level customer service and use the selling process.
• Schedule deliveries and manage daily store operations.
