Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a motivated sales associate to help customers select furniture and accessories, drive sales, and support design services. You will follow established selling processes, promote the design program, and provide outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic retail setting.

Training is paid at $16/hour for 2–6 weeks, with base pay of $13.50/hour after training. Average earnings range typically $40,000–$60,000+ including base, bonus, and commission; benefits include

• Minimum two-way communication with customers and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to close sales and drive store goals.
• Knowledge of La-Z-Boy products, services, and selling process.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by helping customers select furniture and accessories.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to reach sales goals.
• Follow the La‑Z‑Boy selling process and provide a positive customer experience.
• Develop product knowledge and selling skills; educate customers on features and benefits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and display standards and coordinate deliveries.
