Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related education preferred in Business, Marketing, and/or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided for travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with CRM (lead management system) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sells pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• Assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
• Leads generated through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
