Job summary

Everstory Partners is hiring a Sales Counselor in Illinois. You will help families select funeral services and related items, attend services and guide them through arrangements. Leads come from walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive prospecting, with an opportunity for uncapped commission and earnings.

Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks is provided. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and some travel to client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related education preferred in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads via walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive prospecting.
