Everstory Partners is hiring a Sales Counselor in Iselin, NJ. You will meet with individuals and families to assess needs, guide them through purchasing decisions, and sell funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.

Role includes building a sales pipeline via leads and referrals, managing customer activity in HubSpot CRM, and earning commissions based on performance. Training is provided during a 6-week period, with a competitive pay mix and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in sales or related relationship-based roles preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms preferred.

Aufgaben

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral or cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through inbound/outbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and walk-in opportunities; follow up with prospective customers.
