Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Moraine, OH. This role focuses on consultative sales of funeral and cemetery services, building relationships with individuals and families, and guiding them through purchasing decisions with care.

The position includes uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, a paid training period, and opportunities to develop a strong local network while using HubSpot for lead management and follow-up.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking and outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, customer relationships, appointments and opportunities.
• Attend services and participate in community events to support families.
• Collaborate with funeral home, cemetery, operations and leadership teams to ensure positive experiences.
