Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery decisions with compassionate guidance. You will meet with clients, explain products, and build a robust sales pipeline through various outreach methods.

The role emphasizes consultative B2C sales, relationship-building, and community engagement, with commission-based earnings and a guaranteed minimum during training. Leadership collaboration is key.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales or related relationship-based experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads and sales activities.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate.
