Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor for Mount Airy Cemetery in Natrona Heights, PA. You will guide families through funeral and cemetery product choices, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage leads and activities in HubSpot.

The role combines consultative B2C sales with local outreach to grow the business. You will work a commission-based, performance-driven environment with paid training and uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, including outside or B2C, preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or similar platforms recommended.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities and follow up through the sales process.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads and sales activities throughout the process.
