Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor for Castleview Memorial Park in New Castle, PA. You will meet with families, explain funeral and cemetery options, and sell pre-need and at-need services while building a local sales pipeline.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, paid training for six weeks, and a full benefits package. HubSpot CRM manages leads and activity throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Arabic).
• One year of sales experience, including B2C or outside sales, preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and community members.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately and guide purchasing decisions.
