Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Allison Park, PA to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions with compassion. This full-time role blends consultative, B2C sales, business development, and community outreach to build lasting relationships and drive new business.

You will manage leads and activity in HubSpot, and earn commission based on individual sales performance. The company offers paid training, a base/uncapped commission structure, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic).
• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics or similar).
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment experience preferred.
• Strong sales communication, relationship-building, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for local appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral/cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through various lead sources.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; conduct follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and communities.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
