Job summary

Self Enhancement, Inc. is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day fundraising operations, ensuring gift processing accuracy and donor data integrity.

You will assist in online giving, reporting, and reconciliation, helping fundraisers focus on cultivating relationships and securing philanthropic support. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a collaborative Development Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in nonprofit administration or fundraising operations.
• Excellent data entry, database management, and recordkeeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proven experience with CRM databases, reports, and admin systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gift Processing and Data Management: Enter donations, grants, meetings, and notes into the CRM; process online and offline gifts; generate acknowledgments and receipts; maintain donor records; conduct routine data upkeep.
• Online Giving and Reporting: Create and monitor online giving forms; build fundraising reports and dashboards; prepare recurring reports for staff and leadership; ensure consistency across reports and systems.
• Financial Reconciliation and Invoicing: Reconcile fundraising data with Finance; generate and send invoices for pledges and sponsorships; track payments and follow up on balances.
• Other Duties: Support fundraising campaigns and initiatives; perform other tasks as assigned.
