Job summary

Compass Family Services is seeking a Development Operations Manager to manage Salesforce donor data, gifts, and reporting in support of fundraising. You will ensure accurate gift processing, reconciliation with Finance, and improve workflows for a seamless donor experience.

The role emphasizes data integrity, organized processes, and collaboration with the Development team to enhance donor engagement and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in development operations or nonprofit data management.
• Experience with donor databases/CRMs, Salesforce preferred.
• Strong data management, reporting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter all contributions accurately into Salesforce.
• Maintain donor and gift records, run reconciliations with Finance.
• Create reports, dashboards and data tools to support fundraising strategy.
• Support annual fund mailings and donor stewardship activities.
• Collaborate with teams to improve workflows and donor experience.
