Job summary

iMentor is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Development team. You will maintain fundraising data, process gifts and pledges, and prepare donor acknowledgments, ensuring timely, reliable information to manage donor relationships.

The role works across Salesforce and other platforms, producing regular reports, supporting reconciliation with Finance, and assisting with events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining fundraising data in Salesforce.
• Ability to process gifts, pledges, and acknowledgments accurately.
• Experience generating fundraising reports and supporting reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process philanthropic gifts and pledges across multiple giving vehicles.
• Maintain complete donor, pledge, payment, and gift data in Salesforce.
• Prepare acknowledgment letters and receipts and maintain pledge schedules.
• Record corporate matching and specialized gift types.
• Produce regular gift reports and documentation; assist Finance with reconciliation.
• Support administrative tasks: invoicing and expense documentation for the Development team.
• Maintain CRM data across donors, prospects, organizations, gifts, opportunities, contacts, and engagement records.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc fundraising reports and lists; monitor communications routing.
• Support events and campaigns by updating fundraising pages and campaign data; assist with post-event reconciliation.
