Job summary

Reproductive Freedom for All in Washington, DC is seeking a Development Operations Associate to ensure timely gift processing, accurate CRM entry, and reliable revenue data. You will support reconciliation, reporting, and donor service in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with databases and spreadsheets, and a willingness to improve systems and automate workflows to advance fundraising goals.

This is a full-time, non-profit role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using Excel formulas and databases.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong writing and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day gift processing and revenue operations from receipt to CRM entry and deposits.
• Process contribution data including bulk uploads, ACH files, and wire tracking.
• Maintain donor records with timely data entry and routine quality checks.
• Support reconciliation and reporting with Finance, ensuring data integrity.
• Serve as a systems resource for internal tools and workflows, aiding automation.
• Participate in process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain Monday.com processes and provide backup for membership inbox/phone.
• Additional duties as assigned.
