Job summary

Win - Women in Need seeks a Development Operations Coordinator to support daily development team operations, ensuring accurate processing of donor contributions and robust donor stewardship. You will manage donor records and assist with campaigns, events, and CRM administration.

The role emphasizes data workflows, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to advance services for women and families experiencing homelessness.

Qualifications

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/database systems.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Passionate about supporting women and families experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities

Process donor gifts accurately and timely (checks, credit cards, wire transfers, stock gifts, donor-advised funds).
Generate and distribute donor acknowledgment letters and stewardship communications.
Maintain accurate donor records and data within Salesforce.
Perform data quality reviews and ensure donor information integrity.
Prepare deposit documentation and support gift reconciliation with Finance.
Maintain organized records for gifts, deposits, and donor activity.
Support campaigns and events through data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Respond to donor inquiries and provide administrative support to the Development team.
Process development mail and gift-related correspondence.
Participate in cross-training and support other administrative projects.
