Three20 Recovery is seeking a Development Coordinator to cultivate donor relationships, secure funding, and support event planning. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and donor tracking preferred.
• Familiarity with the recovery community or nonprofit sector is highly desirable.
• Lived experience - personal or family is viewed as a strength and an asset to this role.
• Strong computer skills.
• Organizational Skills or familiarity with Task Managers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and solicit support from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Schedule and attend donor meetings, presentations, and community events.
• Prepare tailored proposals, sponsorship packets, and impact reports.
• Manage assigned donor portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up and acknowledgment.
• Support growth of monthly and recurring giving programs.
• Secure sponsorships and in-kind donations for events such as Ride for Recovery and the Year-End Giving Campaign.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, and day-of coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely donor records in the CRM system.
• Track fundraising activity and provide progress updates.
• Represent Three20 Recovery at local functions and partner meetings.
