Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in fundraising, development, nonprofit administration, donor relations, or board relations.
• Experience supporting nonprofit boards or volunteer leadership groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and donor databases.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of the Foundation's fundraising plan.
• Assist donor cultivation, stewardship, acknowledgment, and recognition processes.
• Coordinate annual giving campaigns, mailings, emails, and donor outreach.
• Track fundraising performance and report on donor activity and revenue goals.
• Maintain donor/prospect records in the donor management system.
• Assist with board relations: meetings, packets, minutes, and onboarding.
