Job summary

Natcaptreatment is seeking a Development Coordinator to serve as the primary staff support for fundraising, donor engagement, and board relations. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead the tactical execution of fundraising initiatives and donor stewardship.

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management or related field.
• 1–3 years of fundraising, development, or donor relations experience.
• Experience supporting nonprofit boards or governance groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and donor databases.
• Experience integrating AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day implementation of the fundraising plan.
• Assist donor cultivation, stewardship, acknowledgment, and recognition processes.
• Coordinate annual giving campaigns, direct mail, email fundraising, and donor outreach.
• Track fundraising performance and provide regular reporting on activity and revenue goals.
• Maintain donor and prospect records within the donor management system.
• Prepare donor correspondence, proposals, and impact reports.
• Coordinate donor meetings, site visits, and fundraising presentations.
• Assist board with governance support and meeting materials.
