Job summary

Church at the Park seeks a fundraising coordinator to build donor relationships, manage CRM data, and coordinate donor campaigns and events. You will work with Development, Communications, Finance and Data teams to strengthen donor retention, grow recurring giving, and connect supporters to the mission.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech‑savvy, and mission‑driven. The role typically operates in an office setting in Oregon with standard weekday hours, offering medical/dental/vision benefits

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years donor care and private funding development preferred.
• Experience with a CRM for donor relations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid Oregon Driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain donor relationships to strengthen retention.
• Coordinate donor communications and CRM data management.
• Plan and execute donor engagement campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with Development, Communications, Finance and Data teams.
• Support recurring giving initiatives and provide timely reports.
• Maintain brand continuity across outreach materials.
