Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Progressively responsible leadership experience in fundraising or nonprofit advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the Development Team across fundraising, grant writing, stewardship, events, and marketing.
• Cultivates donor relations and expands fundraising culture to meet benefactor goals.
• Oversees donor databases, mailing lists, and research supports timely outreach.
• Lead major gifts, capital campaigns, and planned giving initiatives with CEO alignment.
