WETA in Arlington, VA seeks an Associate in Development Operations to manage data quality across fundraising systems and support donor records. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot donation information and donor accounts, reporting to the Director of Data Strategy & Management.

• AA (2-Year College) degree required or equivalent experience in data operations.
• Experience with fundraising database technology and related systems.
• Strong analytical and data quality control skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as resource for all fundraising teams regarding database operations under guidance of the Director.
• Review and correct donor records entered by internal staff, vendors, and online portals.
• Oversee completion of all quality control procedures (weekly, monthly, annual, ad hoc).
• Provide support for Audience Services and Donor Care staff for donor record management.
• Cross functional backup for Data Strategy and Development Services staff.
• Assist with revenue reconciliation needs.
• Lead for donation adjustments when requested by staff.
• Edit and maintain documentation for data entry/processing procedures.
• Ensure completion of volunteer and event data.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
