Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in an office setting; nonprofit experience desirable.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with CRM systems and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute file import processes for member contacts and codes for fundraising teams.
• Manage and execute file export processes for third-party data analysis.
• Create clear technical specifications for database usage.
• Run scheduled and ad-hoc queries/exports from CRM databases and data sources.
• Collaborate to resolve data anomalies and support pledge processing.
