Job summary

The Trevor Project is seeking a Fundraising Data Operations Associate to ensure the health, integrity, and flow of donor data across CRM systems and revenue channels. You will manage data syncs, develop reports, and coordinate third‑party integrations essential for revenue operations.

You will collaborate with the advancement, finance, and marketing teams to support fundraising strategy, while maintaining documentation, data quality standards, and reliable data access for timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administration and data management of a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Raiser’s Edge, Dynamics).
• Ability to query data using SQL/Excel/Google Sheets functions for extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data integration or ETL tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Zapier, Informatica) to connect disparate systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage data syncs and ETL between the primary CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and third‑party revenue channels, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and execute reports and data extracts to support finance, development, and marketing teams for reconciliation and analysis.
• Serve as the main point of contact for data requests from the advancement team and channel leaders.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting for data integrity issues, system errors, and integration failures across donor systems.
• Document data flows, system integrations, reporting processes, and data quality standards.
