Job summary

Better Housing Coalition seeks a detail-oriented Fund Development Manager, Operations & Data, to oversee donor CRM data, gifts, grants, and revenue reporting while coordinating events and donor communications. You’ll support frontline fundraisers and ensure data integrity across campaigns, reports, and compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, project management, and collaboration with External Affairs & Fund Development and Finance teams, based in Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in advancement or fund development operations, database management, or related nonprofit fundraising role.
• Experience with donor CRM platforms required.
• Experience working with financial reconciliation or revenue reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor CRM data entry, receipting, and data integrity within BHC’s donor CRM.
• Generate dashboards and reports to track fundraising progress against goals.
• Coordinate gift processing, grants, and revenue reconciliation with the Finance Department.
• Support donor communications, stewardship letters, and campaign mailings.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising events and cross-functional team initiatives.
