Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Funding Consultant to coordinate intake and submission of product, repair, and rental orders, working with SLPs, insurers, and educational institutions to obtain authorization and ensure payer criteria are met.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on timely resolution of funding cases to support clients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2–4 years of related experience.
• Background in the health insurance field preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of new product, repair, and equipment rental orders.
• Work with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to obtain order authorization.
• Review documents for submission to meet third party payer criteria.
