Stone Coast Fund Services is seeking a Fund Accountant to record and reconcile hedge fund activity, calculate NAV, and allocate profits and losses for assigned clients. You will generate investor reports and support audits while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes control procedures, accuracy, and timely delivery, with remote or hybrid options and a compensation range of $70,000–$105,000 depending on experience. Strong Excel and Advent Geneva World Investor skills are valued.

Qualificações

• The ideal candidate has three or more years of experience in fund accounting for hedge funds.
• Experience liaising with fund managers and service providers is preferred.
• Proficiency with Advent Geneva World Investor and internal control procedures is a plus.
• Strong financial reporting, information security, and risk management skills are valued.
• Must learn complex concepts quickly and collaborate with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Record and reconcile all portfolio and fund activity for assigned clients.
• Calculate NAV per industry standards and procedures.
• Allocate profit and loss to investors, including management and performance fees.
• Process fund expenses and ensure timely wire requests.
• Generate and deliver fund and investor reports to managers and investors.
• Prepare materials for boards, financial statements, audits, and regulatory requests.
• Communicate with internal/external entities to ensure service levels.
• Review NAV and investor statements for accuracy against standards.
• Mentor and support fund accountants.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
