Stone Coast Fund Services Ltd. is seeking a Fund Accountant to join our team, supporting hedge fund clients with NAV calculations, reconciliations, and investor reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with Advent Geneva World Investor.

The position may be remote for qualified U.S. residents. Salary range is $70,000–$105,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance and company results.

Formación

• Three or more years of experience in fund accounting for hedge funds.
• Experience as liaison with fund managers and fund service providers.
• Familiarity with hedge fund investments is a plus.
• Experience with portfolio and investor accounting systems, Advent Geneva World Investor a plus.
• Experience with internal control procedures and risk management a plus.
• Must learn complex concepts quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Record and reconcile all portfolio and fund activity for assigned clients.
• Calculate the fund’s NAV adhering to industry standards and internal procedures.
• Allocate profit and loss to investors including management and performance fees.
• Process and record fund expense payments and ensure timely cash wire requests.
• Generate and deliver fund and investor reports to fund managers and investors.
• Prepare and deliver supporting materials for board meetings, financial statements and audit/regulatory requests.
• Communicate with internal and external entities to ensure best in class service; build cooperation.
• ReviewNAV and investor statements for completeness and accuracy.
• Mentor, train, and support fund accountants.
• Ensure fund accounting tasks are completed accurately and timely.
