Stone Coast Fund Services Ltd. is seeking a seasoned fund accountant to join our hedge fund administration team. The role supports end-to-end fund accounting, including NAV reviews, fee calculations, and investor reporting for assigned clients.

You will liaise with fund managers to ensure accurate, timely results. The ideal candidate has three or more years in hedge fund accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Advent Geneva World Investor.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of hedge fund accounting experience.
• Experience liaising with fund managers and service providers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Familiar with hedge fund investments.
• Experience with Advent Geneva World Investor is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Allocate P&L to investors including management and performance fees.
• Process and record fund expense payments; ensure timely cash wire requests.
• Generate and deliver fund and investor reports to managers and investors.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, financial statements, audits and regulatory requests.
• Communicate with internal and external entities to maintain service levels; review NAV and investor statements.
• Mentor, train, and support fund accountants.
• Assure fund accounting tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• The ideal candidate will be a primary liaison with fund managers and other service providers.
• Familiarity with hedge fund investments a plus.
