Job summary

Stone Coast Fund Services Ltd. is seeking a Fund Accountant to support hedge fund administration with a focus on accurate NAV calculations and investor reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of fund accounting experience and readiness to liaise with fund managers and service providers. The candidate should be proficient in Advent Geneva World Investor and advanced Excel, with a four-year degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of fund accounting experience with hedge funds.
• Proficient as primary liaison with fund managers and other fund service providers.
• Experience with Advent Geneva World Investor software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Allocate profit and loss to investors including the calculation of management and performance fees.
• Process and record fund expense payments and ensure cash wire requests are completed accurately and timely.
• Generate and deliver fund and investor reports to fund managers and investors of assigned clients.
• Prepare and deliver supporting materials for board meetings, financial statements and audit/regulatory requests for assigned clients.
• Communicate with internal and external entities to ensure best-in-class service levels; review fund NAV, investor statements and other work for completeness and accuracy.
• Mentor, train, and support fund accountants.
• Ensure fund accounting tasks are completed accurately and timely.
