Job summary

Stone Coast Fund Services Ltd. seeks a seasoned Fund Accountant to join our hedge fund administration team. You will record and reconcile portfolio activity, calculate NAV, and prepare investor statements while maintaining internal controls and industry standards.

The role offers flexible scheduling, remote options, and a base salary in the $70k–$105k range with discretionary bonus potential. Strong Excel skills and experience with Advent Geneva are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fund accounting experience for hedge funds.
• Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and MS Office.
• Experience liaising with fund managers and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile portfolio and fund activity for assigned clients.
• Calculate NAV per industry standards and internal procedures.
• Allocate profit and loss to investors and calculate management/performance fees.
