Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will oversee onboarding for small group accounts, maintain strong client relationships, manage eligibility and billing, and handle quotes for new and renewal business.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management or related field.
• Experience managing small group accounts, onboarding, eligibility processing, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new small group accounts (typically under 100 employees).
• Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee administrative tasks: issuing ID cards, processing eligibility, paying bills on time.
• Handle quotes for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for policy management and client support.
• Identify and resolve issues with initiative and problem-solving.
