Job summary

The role requires a Life & Health Insurance license and at least 3 years of group benefits experience, with collaboration across Producers, customers, carriers, and partners.

The position is fully remote but must reside in Michigan. Responsibilities include processing carrier changes, preparing renewals, marketing new and renewal business, and communicating policy

Qualifications

• Valid Life & Health Insurance License.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in group benefits within an independent insurance agency setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Strong team focus.

Responsibilities

• Process carrier changes.
• Prepare renewal proposals and conduct renewal meetings.
• Market and place new and renewal business.
• Communicate with clients regarding their policies.
