Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will oversee onboarding for small group accounts, maintain strong client relationships, manage eligibility and billing, and handle quotes for new and renewal business.

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee Benefits Account Managerto join a rapidly growing organization. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new small group accounts (typically under 100 employees).
• Maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as issuing ID cards, processing eligibility, and ensuring timely payment of bills.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth policy management and client support.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management or a related field.
• Expertise: Proven ability to manage small group accounts, including onboarding, eligibility processing, and billing.
