You will manage onboarding for small group accounts, maintain client relationships, and ensure seamless administration of employee benefits with accuracy and timeliness.

Reporting to the division lead, you will handle eligibility, ID cards, and billing, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management or a related field.
• Experience in managing small group accounts, onboarding, eligibility processing, and billing.
• Strong client management skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of projects.
• Familiarity with policy management processes.
