Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a veterinary receptionist.
• Experience using veterinary practice management software is required.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology, vaccines, and basic diagnostics.
• Proficiency in scheduling, billing, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and patients, verify medical records, and confirm appointments.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and handle inquiries.
• Process payments, post charges, and schedule follow-ups.
• Communicate care instructions compassionately, including sensitive end-of-life discussions.
• Maintain EMR/PIMS accuracy and support efficient patient flow.
