You will manage appointments, multi-line calls, payments, and EMR/PIMS data, while supporting veterinarians and staff. Our team values compassion, clear communication, and a dedication to humane handling of all animals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a veterinary receptionist.
• Experience with common clinic practice management software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, verify records, and confirm appointments.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and handle scheduling and refills.
• Process payments, post charges, and schedule follow-ups.
• Convey medical information compassionately, including end-of-life discussions.
• Maintain EMR/PIMS data entry and keep reception area organized.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and staff to manage patient flow.
• Keep reception area clean and welcoming.
