Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused environment. Prior veterinary or healthcare front-desk experience is preferred, with Avimark experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and in-person client interactions.
