Western Veterinary Partners is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative at Best Friends Veterinary Center in Grafton, WI. You will welcome clients, manage appointments, and support daily patient flow while handling phones and in-person interactions with a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, veterinary front-desk experience preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Avimark
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
• Calm, professional, solution-oriented under busy conditions

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and serve as the welcoming face of the hospital
• Create exceptional client experiences and build trust through compassionate service
