Job summary

Belvoir Pet Hospital in Cleveland, OH seeks a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments, and support daily patient flow. You will handle phone inquiries, assist clients in person, process payments, and provide compassionate service in both routine and emotionally sensitive situations.

The role is full-time with Tue-Fri and rotating Saturdays. Benefits include health, life, EAP, 401k, and PTO. Experience with Avimark is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist experience required
• Proficient in multi-line phone systems and in-person client support
• Experience with veterinary software, especially Avimark, preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Able to handle routine and emotionally sensitive client interactions
