In this full-time role on a 4/10 schedule (Mon-Sat), you will handle multi-line phones, process payments, coordinate calendars, and provide essential information about our services to pet owners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Avimark, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service during routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
