Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician in Columbia, MD to administer TMS and esketamine therapies and monitor patient responses. You will maintain EHR accuracy, handle scheduling, and engage with patients to ensure a supportive, efficient visit.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for specialized training and growth in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus medical assistant certification or an associate's degree with substantial relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services preferred; healthcare experience beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
• Perform regular clinical administrative tasks, take co-pays, and engage with patients and providers to ensure a positive experience.
