Job summary

City Year is seeking an entry-level, paid full-time AmeriCorps member to coach and mentor students across elementary, middle and/or high school. You’ll help students earn academic success, improve attendance, and develop positive behaviors, while collaborating with teachers on in-class instruction and student support.

We provide 2–4 weeks of training at the start, plus ongoing support from partner teachers and school staff to implement city-wide initiatives and monitor student progress in City
